Solvent Imlepregnated Card Path Cleaning Card

Use this disposable cleaning card to safety and effectively remove dirt, debris and residue from the rubber coated rollers within your ID card printer.

Regular cleaning will enhance the performance of your printer by maintaining proper color registration and card feeding.

It is recommended that you clean your printer each time you change the dye film whenever prompted by the Printer.

The printhead surface should be cleaned with the Solvent cleaning pen at the same time as the cleaning card is used.

Card Instructions:

1. Press (Menu), the select clean rollers and follow the printer instructions

- remove the card  hopper from the rear of the printer

- open the lid and remove the dye-film. Leave the lid open

2. Open the protective packet and extract the cleaning card

3. When prompted, insert the narrow end of the card into card feeder slot. The cleaning process will run automatically, and then the card will be ejected.

4. Reverse the card and repeat as necessary
